WHY DO WE GET SICK? - Understanding Health, Stress & the Body’s Hidden Logic

WHY DO WE GET SICK? - Understanding Health, Stress & the Body’s Hidden Logic

This series explores a powerful idea:

Illness may not be random. Symptoms may not be the enemy. The body may be responding intelligently to something missing.

Across these sessions, we will explore how health connects to life events, relationships, emotional experiences, inner narratives, and unmet needs.

Instead of asking only, “How do I get rid of this?” we begin asking, “What might my body be responding to?”

Registration: RSVP by March 5th. https://forms.gle/y6PPJWf2uDXno2Xi7

Program Information

What You’ll Discover

During this seminar, you’ll gain fresh insight into how health and life are deeply connected:

  • Symptoms may function as communication, not simply malfunction.

  • Health events often follow significant life events.

  • Relationships shape wellbeing more than we realise.

  • Unmet needs produce lawful, understandable responses.

  • Illness and addiction can sometimes function as protest signals.

  • Human beings live on relational information — not just nutrition.

  • We are more than physical organisms.

  • Cause precedes effect — inner before outer.

  • Healing is a process, not an instant switch.

  • Lasting change begins with understanding.

What You Can Begin Applying Immediately

You won’t just learn concepts — you’ll leave with practical shifts you can start using right away:

  • Observe symptoms without fear or judgment.

  • Notice when symptoms appear or intensify.

  • Reflect on unmet needs instead of assuming personal failure.

  • Identify repeated patterns in health or behaviour.

  • Replace self-blame with curiosity.

  • Recognise that sustainable change begins internally.

About Dr. Horst Müller

About Dr. Horst Müller

Dr. Horst Müller is a specialist ENT surgeon based in Weinheim, Germany, who lectures internationally on health, illness, and the deeper causes behind symptoms.

With decades of clinical experience and tens of thousands of patient consultations, Dr. Müller goes beyond conventional symptom-based treatment. His work explores the underlying causes of illness, viewing the human being as more than a physical body - but as a whole person, where body and inner life are deeply connected.

Rather than simply suppressing symptoms, he helps people understand what the body may be responding to - and how sustainable healing becomes possible when the root issues are addressed.

Through his global lectures and consultations, Dr. Müller has guided many toward a clearer understanding of health, stress, and recovery.
