Meet Your Coach

Welcome — I’m Emilda Lanka, Co-founder of Rubies Restored Coaching.

My journey of personal transformation, professional growth, and years of experience in healthcare, education, and coaching have shaped my passion for helping women rediscover their strength, clarity, and purpose. I work with high-performing women who often carry deep responsibilities yet feel emotionally drained or blocked by life adversity.

My coaching approach is compassionate, structured, and empowering. While my personal faith journey deeply inspires my values of hope, restoration, and renewed mindset, I warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds who desire emotional growth and meaningful change.

My coaching is built on a gentle 'Lock and Key' approach — recognising that each woman’s journey is unique, and real transformation comes from discovering the right key for her life.
